The transition period to move from ISO 22301:2012 to the 2019 version was extended by 6 months due to covid-19. It will now end on the 30th April 2023. During the transition period both versions of the standard are valid but it makes sense if you are implementing a new system in the near future to base it on the 2019 version and be audited against this version.
